  15. Does anybody know where I could buy a switch which physically 
  16. disconnects my other house phone wiring during the time when my 
  17. courier v.everything external modem goes off hook?  Could anybody make 
  18. (sell) me one?  I noticed I get better connections when I pull out the 
  19. wire from the line out in the back of my modem.  The problem is that I 
  20. usually forget to reconnect after I'm done (And of course receive no 
  21. more calls).  I tried phone/fax type commercial switches, but they don't 
  22. help. (They make it even worse and result in less than 28.8k 
  23. connections).
